Registration: 

Tournament begins on November 14. We await your owl (your registration form) by no later than Sunday, November 9th, 11:59 PM. As a modest yet mighty school, Wesleyan’s enchanted grounds can host no more than 80 valiant teams. 

Registration follows a first-come, first-served charm - so be swift! Should your team need to change its roster or disapparate entirely, kindly send an owl (or a text) to Julia (203-640-6321).

The Sorting Ceremony (Tab Room): 

By order of the Wesleyan Wizengamot, this tournament shall follow the Standard APDA tab. (disclose results but not speaks/ranks).

Knuts, Sickles, and Galleons (Finance):
Our Gringotts vault is running perilously low on Galleons (we’re a small team funding this out of pocket). As such, we kindly ask that you send your payments promptly, so the vault guards don’t start growling. The fee for the tournament is $160 per team

We highly prefer Venmo or Zelle tributes to @clairekaltsas (phone number below),but checks are also welcome.

The Wizengamot (Judging)
By decree of the Wesleyan Wizengamot, each school must provide (n – 1)/2 judges, rounded up.

Should your delegation fall short of its required number of adjudicators, a fine of 75 Galleons (or $75) per missing judge shall be levied to appease the Ministry of Tabulation. Our team of humble wizards and witches is small, and we simply can’t conjure spare judges out of thin air.

Furthermore, if any of your teams advance to the Outrounds, we shall assume that your judges will remain for those rounds as well. 

The Great Feast! (Food): 

 A Grand Feast will be held on Friday evening, followed by breakfast and lunch on Saturday, all served within that day’s main Great Assembly (GA), our very own Great Hall for the weekend. Please remember to note any dietary restrictions on your Hogwarts Enrollment Form.

WesWarts Dormitories (Crash Housing):

Dormitories are very limited due to our limited number of witches and wizards. Priority goes to:
 1️⃣ Those with financial need, and
 2️⃣ Those who submit earliest (no Time-Turners, please).
