Sacred Sound & Movement: An Intimate Evening of Embodied Exploration

Join me for an intimate evening of intentional movement and sonic exploration. Drawing from my experience as an embodied self-realization guide, I have crafted a unique ceremonial container that invites deeper presence and authentic expression.

This is a guided expedition through sound and movement, designed to facilitate authentic expression and deeper connection to self.

The Experience
This isn’t just another movement class. Each musical selection is thoughtfully curated and presented with ceremonial intention. Between pieces, we pause for brief moments of sacred silence—allowing you to breathe, integrate, and witness the journey unfolding within.
The evening culminates in a transcendent gong sound bath, allowing the experience to settle deeply into your body and spirit.

• Please arrive between 7:30-8:00 PM
• The ceremonial container closes promptly at 8:00 PM
• The workshop ends at 9:30 PM
• Limited capacity to preserve the intimate nature of our
gathering
