Namaste for Life happily offers the “Root Chakra” Yoga class, taught by Lisandra Medina

Chakra-based yoga is a practice that incorporates the concept of the chakras, the energy centers within the body, to enhance physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It involves using yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mantras to balance and harmonize these energy centers. The goal is to awaken the Divine within, promote overall well-being, and deepen spiritual awareness.

Dates: Thursday, July 24th Time: 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

The cost is $25.00 per person.
