Movement + Meditation with Crystal

Join Crystal Dalton on Thursday evenings for gentle movement and meditation. This class invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and cultivate inner calm. Through mindful, accessible movement and guided meditation, participants are supported in releasing tension, grounding the nervous system, and creating space for rest and self-awareness. This trauma-informed class welcomes all bodies and experience levels, offering a compassionate space to move, breathe, and restore. Please bring a yoga/exercise mat.
