Middletown Penguin Plunge for Special Olympics Connecticut

The Middletown Penguin Plunge for Special Olympics Connecticut is hosted by members of the Polish Falcons Club at the Polish Falcons Nest #519 (144 Prout Hill Road, Middletown).

Participants must be at least eight years old and register for $25. We encourage additional fundraising, with incentives beginning at $150.

Penguin Plunge participants jump into the chilly waters to support the organization's year-round sports, health, and fitness programs for nearly 14,000 athletes around the state and help create communities that accept and include people of all abilities.
