At the SMC Ice Cream Lab, you will get to know the person behind many of the recipes. We will discuss how ice cream is made, plus you will taste some ice cream in different stages of Research and development, allowing you to provide input on a possible new flavor coming this year. 

Our resident ice cream expert, CEO, and co-owner, Tony Brusco, will be leading you through a blind taste test and sensory evaluation with a curated ice cream flight. 

You’ll learn how recipes are created and how SMC develops their very own flavors. And of course, have the chance to try exclusive, experimental flavors!
