At the SMC Ice Cream Lab, you’ll get to know the person behind many of our ice cream recipes. We’ll discuss how ice cream is made, then guide you through tasting ice cream in different stages of Research and Development—giving you the opportunity to provide feedback on a possible new flavor coming this year.
This February 13 & 14 special experience features a guided ice cream and wine pairing with wines from Simple Theory Wines, designed to elevate your tasting journey. Led by our resident ice cream expert, CEO, and co-owner Tony Brusco, guests will participate in a blind taste test and sensory evaluation with a curated ice cream flight paired with select wines.
You’ll learn how recipes are created, how SMC develops its own flavors, and enjoy exclusive, experimental ice creams not available anywhere else.
This is a 21+ event.
