The Sacred Play-Space:
The Mending Map (In-Class Journaling): We’ll begin by gently uncovering the specific "whispers" your inner child has been trying to tell you. Using prompts designed to be evocative yet open-ended, you’ll start to see where your younger self is still holding onto old stories.
The "Home-Glow" Healing Packet: You’ll receive a curated take-home packet of healing prompts, rituals, and creative exercises. This allows you to continue the conversation at your own pace, long after the class ends—perfect for those "million ideas" days when you need a gentle place to land.
