We’re excited to offer yet again a free community-based Karma Classes every Friday at 5:30 PM — completely free and open to all! Beginning November 7th and continuing through December 19th.

You do need to sign up and create an account and sign a waiver if you have not already -but no purchase of a class pass will be required.

These classes are part of our Mind-Body 26 Continuing Education program. Our newest graduates (already certified teachers) are now expanding into this powerful 26-posture hot sequence — and you get to be part of their growth!

Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this set sequence offers incredible benefits and a beautiful, grounding flow. Join us in supporting these devoted teachers while receiving all the healing this practice has to offer.

❤️ This is one more way that Free To Be supports its teachers and trainees — by giving them space to grow, lead, and shine.

✨ Note: There will be no class the day after Thanksgiving (Friday, November 28). Classes resume the following week and continue into December.
