First Responder Trauma Support Group

Challenging experiences that first responders are regularly exposed to can feel overwhelming and isolating. This group welcomes first responders who have been impacted by traumatic stress.

We offer a confidential and supportive space to connect with others who understand and to explore healthy ways to heal and move forward.

Open to fire, EMS, law enforcement, dispatchers, corrections, emergency communications, and ER/healthcare first responders.
