Outdoor meditation + light hike at Wadsworth Falls this autumn.About this EventCome join us for a morning of mindfulness, community, and the breathtaking beauty of autumn!We’ll begin with sitting meditation by the lower falls (bring a foldable chair or something to place under your cushion), followed by a round of walking meditation. Afterward, enjoy a light hike and time to socialize on an easy, level trail surrounded by vibrant fall foliage. The falls parking lot is located on 25 Cherry Hill Rd, Rockfall, CT. Dress appropriately and bring water if necessary. We’ll meet in the parking lot between 9:50 a.m. – 10 a.m. If you arrive late, look for the multicolored Tibetan flags and follow the path to the lower falls..
