Deep Gong Bath

We invite you to join us for a rejuvenating experience that features a diverse range of healing sounds led by Dmitri D'Alessandro. Using gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, drums, and other instruments, Dmitri creates a serene and restorative atmosphere.

Sound vibrations have a significant restorative potential. Since the human body is composed of energy and all matter constantly vibrates, we can enhance our well-being and facilitate recovery by influencing and harmonizing these energy fields. Quantum healing techniques often use specific frequencies—such as sound waves or electromagnetic waves—to restore balance and improve vitality.

Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and prepare to relax and release tension aided by the therapeutic vibrations.
