Join us as we honor one year in our new home with a special half-day retreat designed to nourish your body, calm your mind, and celebrate the journey.

Take one session or stay for both to fully immerse yourself in rest, reflection, and renewal.

Session 1 - 10:30 am - 12 pm
Ground & Let Go: Gentle Yoga & Yoga Nidra
60 minutes of gentle movement with Billie
30-minute guided Yoga Nidra with Heather

(Break: 30 minutes)

Session 2 - 12:30 pm - 2 pm
Melt & Receive: Yin & Restorative Yoga with Sound
90-minute practice with Heather & Billie, featuring long-held shapes and live sound bath

$80 when you BOOK BOTH TOGETHER (SAVE $10)
$45 per session when you book individually
