Join us for a very special post-holiday practice:
This is our Mind Body 26 Sequence set to the sounds of LIVE accompaniment. No long cuing, or talking, just space held for you to find your true self !
Danielle will lead this special 90 minute 26 sequence while Floyd Joynes will support the yoga journey with the sacred rhythmic sounds of the drum.
Combining drums and yoga, creates a symphony that leverages the rhythmic and mindful aspects of each breath technique and each posture experienced within this empowering sequence. Resulting in a holistic experience that can enhance both physical well-being and mental focus. This invigorating yoga practice will be followed by a well deserved extended Savasana.
*This is a deepened practice. You may want to have attended our Mind Body 26 Sequence or a variation of the 26 postures sequence before but that does not mean you are not welcome to join, there is just less cuing of postures.
Some variations of the class are know as- Align, Stationary Sequence, Hot 26, Bikram, Stability Series, 26 postures etc.This is a 75 minute Hot Class and there is very minimal cueing.
