What to Expect

This experience weaves together three powerful healing practices - breathwork, restorative yoga, and Reiki - in one deeply restorative session.

You will be gently guided through breathwork and restorative yoga, inviting your body to release tension and your nervous system to settle into a place of true rest. At the same time, Reiki energy healing will be offered throughout the room, supporting emotional release, inner balance, and a profound sense of peace.

Together, these modalities create a holistic experience that tends to both the body and the spirit - leaving you feeling grounded, restored, and renewed.

We'll close the session with a soft return - a moment to reflect and carry the peace of this experience with you as you step back into your day.

Claudia DiBenedetto, MS, LAC, CYT

Claudia is a licensed psychotherapist and 200-hour certified yoga instructor whose work lives at the intersection of mental health and the body. Claudia's approach is rooted in the belief that true healing begins with self-regulation - and that when we learn to work with our nervous system, we unlock a profound capacity for emotional wellbeing and lasting change.

Jennifer Kelly, MA, LPC

Jennifer Kelly is a licensed psychotherapist and Reiki Master whose work is guided by a deep understanding of the whole person - mind, body, and spirit. Jennifer's approach is rooted in the belief that we are more than our thoughts and emotions; we are energetic beings, and true healing happens when all layers of ourselves are acknowledged and cared for.
