Choose one or more spice blends you would like to make (Spices and recipes will be provided). Learn how to mix, toast, blend and use your spice mix at home for curries, marinades or tea.
I will provide spices I brought back in 2025 from the Mumbai spice market. I will also provide a few pans for toasting. Please bring a mortar and pestle or spice grinder if you have one. Also please bring a jar(s) to bring you spice blends home in and a mug for tea. Chaga chai will be made together as a demo and there will be plenty for everyone to drink.
Bring your jar(s), tea mug and grinder (if available) and perhaps any questions you may have about spice blends or using spices in cooking.
