Close the Cycle of 2025 A Universal Year 9
As the cycle of 2025 comes to a close, we stand at a threshold. In numerology, this year vibrates with the energy of 9. 
A universal number of completion, closure and release. 
Authentic Self Healing will offer Cacao- a heart opening ritual, take you on a Shamanic drumming journey, using sound, Reiki and community to intentionally close out the numerology of 2025. A year of shedding.. leaving behind what we can no longer carry into the New Year.
We will honor ourselves with grace and gratitude, feel whatever comes up, share the beautiful space at Sacred Soul Collective and celebrate ourselves. Whether this is your first experience or you have shared spaces like this before, I can't wait to spend New Years Eve with you!

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and whatever will help you settle in and find comfort during your journey. Also, bring your favorite mug for Cacao. We have some available as well and disposable cups.
 If you feel called to add something to our alter, please bring that with you as well.



Please check with your healthcare provider if you have not consumed Cacao before as it is a heart opening medicine-Theobromine can increase heart rate and mildly raise blood pressure. Cacao contains tyramine and tryptophan. When combined with meds, it can cause adverse effects like headaches or mood swings.
