Feeling stressed from todays heavy world? Feeling overwhelm and would like to relax? Come and experience the power of blending rhythmic, breathing techniques with modern music production. This guided class will be focused on bringing your nervous system into a state of relaxation and safety.

Bring your own yoga mat and pillow. Optional blanket and eye mask if you want to get extra comfy.
