Mother & Baby Sound Bath & Reiki Healing Circle

A gentle, welcoming space to decompress, reset, and deepen the bond between you and your baby.

We’ll begin with a grounding circle—inviting calm into the body through soft, mindful breaths and light tapping practices designed to soothe both mother and child. Feel your shoulders soften, your breath slow, and your mind begin to settle.

From there, you’ll be guided into 30–40 minutes of restorative sound healing, where the gentle tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments wash over you. Throughout the session, Reiki will be offered intuitively to support nervous system regulation, release tension, and encourage a sense of energetic harmony for both you and your baby.

We’ll close by gathering once more, creating a safe and heartfelt space to share reflections, stories, and support—nurturing not only the connection within, but also the sense of community between mothers.

To help create the coziest experience, please bring a mat, blanket, pillow, or anything that helps you and baby feel supported. Our supplies are limited, so your personal items will make all the difference.

This is a space where babies are free to be themselves—whether cuddling, crying, feeding, or exploring. No pressure. No expectations. Just presence, connection, and care.
