Middleton Little League Baseball Evaluations

Mandatory evaluations for the 2026 BASEBALL season will be held at EXTRA INNINGS MIDDLETON!

All players who will turn 9,10 or 11 BY AUGUST 31, 2026 are required to attend in order to ensure proper league placement -- 12 year old players need not attend.

Please arrive at your group's designated check in time so that we can maintain the schedule without delays. Details are as follows:

Group 1: 9 year olds, 11:30 am-12:15 pm
-- Check-in @ 11:15 am

Group 2: 10 year olds 12:30 -1:15 pm
-- Check-in @ 12:15 pm

Group 3: 11 year olds 1:30-2:15 pm
-- Check-in @ 1:15 pm

*Age is AS OF AUGUST 31, 2026*

Each player must bring a glove, helmet and bat.
