Frostwood Farms Kitchen and River Food Pantry are collaborating for a "pantry party" to help fill the River Food Pantry, a local food pantry and outreach program making a difference in Dane County.

The finished lasagnas and $25 per ticket sold will be donated to River Food Pantry.

Hors d'oeuvres & Boards

Charcuterie Board | Chef’s selection of both house made and local cured meats, served with wholegrain mustard, pickles, olives, and grilled ciabatta.

Cheese Board | Chef’s selection of local artisan cheeses, served with house-made tomato jam, local honey, olives, Marcona almonds and potter’s crackers.

Vegetable Antipasti | marinated artichoke, eggplant & zucchini, Marcona almonds, chevre stuffed peppadew peppers, giardiniera, olives




Lasagna Giveback

Guests will learn how to roll out sheets of fresh, house made pasta and assemble pans of lasagnas to be donated to River Food Pantry

Tortellacci | butternut squash, brown butter, sage, balsamic

Involtini (Braciole) | st. isidore marinara, prosciutto, basil, parmesan
