Nicola shared ‘after a varied career across the public sector and having had my family, I decided I wanted to build a career and spent a long time deciding what that would be. With varying experiences with managing staff and supporting people, and lots of transferable skills, HR felt like the right choice and an application for the HRM went in. At the Easter of my second year, I got my first role as a HR Consultant and loved it! Paul has 15 years’ experience within HR across BT Group. Starting asan Employee Relations Case Advisor in 2010, Paul progressed his career within the ER specialism over the following 9 years, leading significant change and transformative people programmes including most notably the design and delivery into BT Group of the HR Services reorganisation and redundancy policy in 2018.
