The training session is interactive, and the views and opinions of the participants are encouraged and welcomed."The first half of the session was emotionally charged, and I am still reeling from it. It has changed the way I look at older people and the things that need to be kept in mind when engaging with them. It has a lasting impact ..both personally as well as guiding my work in the future.
