No national or state titles
(may have competed in 1-3 higher levels of competition)

👑 Elite State Winner
Has held at least one National or state title

This allows two state queens and you to compete Against your level of experience. This allows previous title winners to continue their Journey with SBP and represent us as we Grow as well🍊
