Homeschool Hours: Board Game Creation!

Homeschool Hour: Grades K-4 is 11/11 at 2pm
Homeschool Hour: Grades 5 & Up is 11/18 at 2pm

For K-4:
Get ready to roll the dice on creativity! In this session, students will learn the basics of game design while creating their very own board games. Students will color, decorate, and assemble pre-made templates, then play together to test out their creations. It’s a fun mix of art, problem-solving, and teamwork; and everyone takes home a game to play with family and friends! Parents with children under the ages of 10 are encouraged to participate in the Community Room.

For 5 & Up:
Older homeschool students will take on a hands-on challenge in creative thinking and collaboration; designing their own playable board games from scratch! Students will develop themes, create rules, and test each other’s games in a fun, interactive workshop that blends imagination and logic. Perfect for aspiring inventors, storytellers, and problem-solvers!
