This Ladies Only 6-Week Beginner Jiu Jitsu Program is designed specifically for women who are brand new to the sport and want a welcoming, supportive environment to learn, grow, and get stronger.
Over six weeks, you’ll learn the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, including basic positions, escapes, submissions, and self-defense concepts—no prior experience or athletic background required. Classes are taught at a comfortable pace with an emphasis on technique, confidence, and community.
