Focusing on prevention and holistic care for not just our physical bodies, but our mental, emotional and spiritual bodies as well.  In this course Rachel will share the beauty and wisdom of a practice that embraces nature, encourages the individual to find their own rhythm and rituals as the seasons shift and discovering how your unique make-up can inform the way you look at optimal health and wellness.  This eastern system is a fantastic companion to practice alongside not only yoga, but our western medical system as well.
