Registration fee will be $25 for the first table and $10 for each additional table. Payment will be collected (cash or check) on the day of the event by a Band Booster. No penalty for cancelling ahead of time. 

The registration money goes directly to the Tyler Consolidated Band Programs for future expenses.

The last day to register your booth/tables will be October 23rd.

Set up will take place the morning of October 31s from 7 - 9am.

Event is weather dependent and may be cancelled up until the morning of.

Band members will also have yard sale style section set up where all proceeds are donated to the Band. Let us know if you have items you wish to donate.

What items cannot be donated or sold:
Used socks, underwear, or bras
• Soiled, stained, torn, or smelly used clothing
• Broken items
• Dangerous or hazardous items (knives, guns, ammunition, vaping or smoking products, etc.)
