Tis the season for smiles, joys and traditions and they are being launched by the Glenn L. Martin Maryland Aviation Museum. This year’s display of hand-crafted buildings and sites of Maryland heritage includes past exhibits of Miracle on 34th Street, Ladew Gardens, Bengies Drive-in, two historic Churches of St Leo’s and St Stephens A.M.E. and other favorite places. New displays include the iconic building of the Heritage Society of Essex and Middle River and its Essex Day. Heading south to a warmer location and looking to bring lots of smiles and happiness to all who visit this year, the Garden’s crafters have also created for this year’s display one of the most magical and memorable places families would love to visit featuring a castle, flying elephants and everyone’s favorite mouse and his friends.
Daily admission for the Garden season is $3 for all ages, although babies are free. Season passes, $25, are available for purchase at the door.
The Garden season runs November 30 through January 4 on Saturdays, Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays 11am to 4pm.
Also open Monday, December 29 and Tuesday, December 30. The Garden will be closed December 24, 25, December 31 and January 1. Museum's aviation exhibits will be available to explore. The 2025 holiday season for this aviation museum, serving the region for thirty-five years, will have visitors flying high with the holiday spirit in its new permanent home.
