Charity event for the White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company! 

This will be an intro to strongman for some folks and a typical strongman training day for others. 

For the events, you will be tested in Car Deadlift and Log Viper (one motion log press) for reps. 

Weights? You pick. Not doing weight classes, trophies, podiums, etc.

This event is geared to introducing new people to the sport of strongman, get some practice in for experienced competitors, donating to a good cause and having a blast while we're doing it. 

Looking to bring back some vendors from previous Beast of the East competitions as well. 

Don't worry about weigh-ins or check-ins - this show is unsanctioned.

Optional third event will be a carry medley of your choice. This will be like a typical Strongman Saturday at Forze. 

Equipment: Toyota Camry to Deadlift ; 12" Pitbull Log for Men, 10" Rogue Log for Women
