- **Event Description**: Home Made Wines can be simple to make, preservative and additive free and used for cooking, flavouring, preserving herbs as well as drinking!
This workshop covers the process of creating your own wine using a fruit of your choice and using equipment that is easily accessible and cost effective.
It is up to you to supply 3 kg of your choice of fruit and I will supply all other equipment required for you on the day.
This wine will be created in a 10 litre bucket - equivalent to approximately 10 bottles of wine after the process is complete
You will receive an Instruction booklet detailing the process of the wine you begin creating on the day and offer a variety of suggestions for you to experiment with other ingredients to create many other wines in your future.

The art of Vinegar Making is a valuable skill. Vinegar can be made from fruit scraps, flowers, herbs and even vegetables and I, as well as many previous attendees, have found this invaluable for daily use - from adding to pet's water, dressings, cooking to hair care and cleaning.
In this workshop, you will learn the ease of starting your own vinegar, tips and tricks for successes and how to avoid failures.
You will be offered a large selection of fruit, vegetables and herbs to choose from to create your own flavours for 3 vinegar fermentations.
Cost is $180/person 
Refreshments will also be offered and question/answer time to satisfy your curiosity on the potential of concoctions from Natures Ingredients.
