Over the past two years, more than 100 women have joined me at the Inner Bloom Ladies Retreat. Every woman arrived with her own story, her own challenges and her own reasons for coming.

Yet, at the end of every retreat, I hear remarkably similar words:

"Every woman should experience this at least once a year."

"I wish I had done this sooner."

"This weekend changed my life."

Those words never stop humbling me.

This isn't about becoming someone new.

It's about returning to yourself.

Over two beautiful days in the peaceful surroundings of The Outpost, Dullstroom, you'll experience guided coaching, meaningful conversations, quiet moments in nature, reflection, laughter, creativity and genuine connection with a wonderful group of women.
