Tuesday Morning Workout (March)
This Morning Workout is perfect for those who haven't worked out in a while or are looking for a different exercise routine. This workout routine will vary from day to day and consist of a combination of Chi-Gong, yoga, & Tai Chi based exercises, structural alignment exercises, and light arm work outs.
Cost is $5
Classes are Mondays Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Friday, and Saturday mornings. Please bring a yoga at, comfortable clothes, and different shoes from what you wore outside. Thanks
