Our retreat space is at Cypress Lodge, on the beautiful shoreline of Lake Wauburg in Micanopy, Florida.Over two days, you’ll experience a blend of Nia, SloMo, guided meditation, creative exploration, and restorative sessions designed to uplift the body, calm the mind, and connect us to one another. Whether you’re new to Nia or a long-time practitioner, this weekend invites you to recharge, expand your practice, and celebrate the joy of movement in community.Attend the full weekend or choose a Saturday-only or Sunday-only pass. Lunch (Saturday) and brunch (Sunday) are included with registration. Optional Friday welcome reception and Saturday dinner offer additional opportunities to connect but are not included in the ticket price. Lodging is not included.
