EveryBody Vinyasa Yoga

Find your flow in this all levels vinyasa yoga! Designed to welcome beginners while still engaging experienced practitioners, this class offers a balanced blend of challenge and ease. You will be provided with clear cues and foundational guidance for those newer to yoga along with thoughtful variations to deepen the practice for those ready to explore further. No props or required. Just bring your mat and an open mind. Additional blankets and blocks will be available for extra comfort and support as you move, breathe and connect in this dynamic flow experience!

Please note the cost is $40 for the entire six weeks! This means that you will pay just $40 for six sessions of yoga! I will be teaching two 6- week sessions back to back. Register for just one or both six week sessions by clicking on tickets! Registration is required since we are partnering with the Miamisburg Parks & Recreation for this class.
