Therapist / Social Worker Support Group

This support group is designed specifically for therapists and social workers who are navigating burnout, political anxiety, compassion fatigue, and the emotional weight of the work.

This is not a case consultation group. Instead, it’s a space to focus on ourselves— our well-being, boundaries, energy, and sustainability in the field through collective care.

This is a new group and the only requirement for membership is working in the mental health or social work field. There is not cost to attend, it is an open group and open to evolving and changing into what it needs to be as time goes on. Feel free to bring snacks, craft materials, blankets, etc.

We will meet by the baseball field in Peacock Park in Coconut Grove and find a spot to sit and chat.
