Our first even is being held at Alicia Med Spa. Alicia, the founder and a W collective member , is a seasoned expert in spa and wellness with over 30 years of experience leading some of the most prestigious spas and hospitality destinations in Israel. Known for her passion, vision, and unrelenting commitment to excellence, Alice now brings her expertise to Miami, where she has founded a sanctuary for healing, beauty, and connection.

Her journey began at the world-famous Dead Sea, where she led multiple spa centers across luxury hotels to national acclaim. With a reputation for delivering world-class service and creating transformative wellness experiences, she quickly became a trusted name in the industry.

After over a decade managing spas, Alice took on broader leadership roles, including general manager positions at two hotels within the esteemed Fattal Hotels group. Yet her heart remained in wellness, and she returned to lead the renowned Shizen Spa at the Daniel Hotel in Herzliya, followed by the elite Setai Spa in Jaffa, part of a globally recognized luxury brand. Under her direction, each spa reached new heights of success, earning praise for innovation, quality, and excellence.

But it was a series of deeply personal events that ultimately led Alice to pursue her dream of opening her own spa in the United States. In the wake of personal tragedy and incredible resilience—supporting her children through the horrors of October 7th and caring for her sister through her final battle with cancer—Alice chose to channel her strength into building something meaningful.

Her Miami-based spa is more than a business; it’s the culmination of a lifetime of experience, love, and purpose. Every detail is infused with Alice’s signature blend of care, professionalism, and warmth. It is a place for transformation—not just on the outside, but deep within.
