The Nervous System Reset

Join us at beautiful Mermaid Beach, near Don McSween Park and Piccolo Espresso, for The Nervous System Reset – Beach Edition.

This free guided yoga and meditation experience is designed to help you regulate, slow down and reconnect, with the ocean as your backdrop.

This is not fast-paced or performance-based yoga.
It’s gentle, grounding movement paired with guided meditation to support your nervous system and bring you back into your body.

Expect:

🌿 A welcoming, down-to-earth community

This event also marks the official launch of Our Kind Flow- a new online yoga studio membership focused on nervous system support and sustainable movement.

Membership opens March 1st at $22/month.
After this launch event on March 8th, it increases to $33/month.

This is your opportunity to experience it in person before deciding and to lock in founding member pricing if it feels aligned.

The first 20 humans to sign up receive a personalised guided meditation recording created specifically for them.
