Hosted by the amazing Jodie from Inform Running, this is a relaxed, welcoming community walk designed for all fitness levels. No pressure. No pace expectations. Just movement, fresh air and good humans.

This isn’t about smashing PB's or tracking kilometres.
It’s about:

✨ Starting your week feeling grounded

We created Selfawear to spark positivity and connection — and this is that mission brought offline.

Come as you are. Bring a friend. Wear your favourite Selfawear tee (if you have one ?). And join us for a Sunday reset that feels good for the body and the mind.
