REGULATE TO ACCELERATE: Immersive Somatic Wellness Experience

It may sound counterintuitive, but slowing down and learning how to regulate our nervous system is what allows us to move forward. When the nervous system is supported, clarity returns, energy expands, and acceleration becomes sustainable.

Co-hosted by & , Regulate to Accelerate is a science-backed somatic wellness experience designed to help you slow down, drop out of your head, and reconnect with your body in a supportive, welcoming and fun environment.

Grounded in neuroscience and physiology, this experience weaves together simple somatic practices, fascia release, breathwork, music, and intuitive movement—proven tools that support nervous system regulation and help the body return to a state of ease and presence. As your system settles, stress releases, awareness sharpens, and energy naturally expands.

Along the way, you’ll enjoy curated wellness vendors, delicious bites, mocktails, great music, and space for real human connection. Guests will also have the opportunity to test drive the newest Tesla vehicles (advanced reservation required).

This experience is about helping your body feel safe again—releasing stress you didn’t realize you were carrying and remembering what it feels like to be regulated, connected, and vibrantly alive. When the nervous system is supported, everything else flows.

Agenda:

5:30PM-6:00PM: Check-in, Change into lavender athleisure sets (by Lesperance Athleisure), Tesla test drives (by appointment only)

6:00PM-7:00PM: 60 minute immersive somatic session (breathwork, movement, music) facilitated by Marian Bacol (Founder of Somarae, Certified Somatic Coach & Breathwork Facilitator)

7:00PM-8:00PM: DJ, dancing, wellness vendors, food + drinks, Tesla test drives (by appointment only)
