Day 1- Love Yourself - Reclaim Your Power!

-- Inner Child Healing - Loving Yourself is the first step--

This is where it all starts!

All Healing starts with the first step of healing your inner child. The first seven years of our lives, our brain is not developed yet and we are not able to perceive our environment as something that affects. Instead, we perceive the conditions are around us as true. We create stories in our heads that later turn into limiting beliefs.

In this meditation, we will go deep within. We will connect with our inner child, send so much love to our core wounds and reconnect. Once we feel we deserve, we are able to stand up for ourselves and claim our power. Let us heal, nurture and connect with our inner child and open our heart. Reclaim our power, break the limiting beliefs and create a new life beyond our wildest dreams!

D ay 2 - See the situation from a different angle!

We will learn how to watch our life as an observer and see the situation from a different angle. The meditation and exercises in this class will help us discover new opportunities and broaden our perspective. We will devise a plan for action and set up a path to our new Reality!

D ay 3 - Change your perception, change your reality

As we complete Lesson 1 and 2, we will start seeing change in our world. Whether this change is being manifested by new opportunities, ideas, or simply by meeting different people; those are all signs that the shift has started within. The question is now, are you going to choose your old Reality or you will be able to respond differently to those new opportunities. Our exercises and meditations will help us navigate this new Reality and our choices.

D ay 4 - Heal & Forgive, Hawaii is a magical place. The transformation happens in a subtle way, but it is powerful, spiritual and soul changing. Day Four will be about healing and forgiving. We will declare ourselves free from the burden of our painful past and let go, so we can face our new reality awaiting for us! What better way to remember this than seeing the beautiful dolphins.

D ay 5 - Let it go, let it happen

W e will travel to the land of Pele, The Kilauea Volcano where we will have a powerful release ceremony. Think of all the things that do not serve you any longer that you will let go of.
