Sacred Cacao will be served in order for you to connect and open your heart and then be able to connect to the heart of the drum creating connection and allowing us to release what no longer serves us to shed anything weighing us down.Please note that this is not a drumming class but a way for you to experience the connection of your heart through the drum allowing you to channel what ever it is that needs to come through. We will get out of our head and journey into the heart allowing for expansion and releasing stress.Please bring your own drum (djembe or medecine drum), we have a few drums (must preregister to reserve a drum) and instruments available to share and chairs will be provided.
