• PULSE: Rhythmic Prana Flow. Explore the synergy of Rhythm and Prana Flow, unfolding through wave sequences and culminating in collective rhythmic kriyas and a release into a festive soundscape.This evening is open to all, men and women with no prior yoga experience.

• Shakti Mandala Women’s Day Retreat at Paradise Farms. A full-day immersion in nature with Shiva Rea as your guide and Shayne Cohen as your host. A circle of women offering a fluid, circular, solar flow for wholeness, balance, and deep energetic alignment. A vegetarian lunch will be lovingly served.
