Exclusive Winemaker Dinner at Donna Mare

Overview

For one evening only, Willamette Valley Vineyards Director of Winemaking & Vineyards Terry Culton and Bodega Garzón Managing Director Christian Wylie come together to present a collaborative tasting experience pairing their wines with a three-course menu by Donna Mare’s Chef Luigi Iannuario.

Both winemakers will be in Miami for James Suckling’s Great Wines World, making this a rare opportunity to experience their wines side by side.

Each course will be paired with two wines — one from Oregon and one from Uruguay — highlighting the distinctive character of each region through expert pairings.

Christian Wylie champions Uruguay’s wine and the flagship estate of Bodega Garzón, renowned for its world-class Tannat and coastal-influenced reds. Terry Culton leads collaborative winemaking at Willamette Valley Vineyards, crafting acclaimed cool-climate Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and from the Walla Walla Valley both Rhone and Bordeaux varieties.

Throughout the evening, Christian and Terry will guide guests through each pairing, sharing insight into their vineyards, winemaking philosophy, and the stories behind the glass.

Seating is intentionally limited to create a warm, conversational atmosphere and an immersive dining experience.
