Community Yoga - Edgewater Miami

Considered a Gentle and Foundational form of Yoga that is known to be accessible for all ages and fitness levels. Hatha serves as the basis for many other styles of yoga practiced today, including Vinyasa. We aim to focus on the physical body to help improve flexibility, strength, balance, and concentration, as well as reduce stress and promote relaxation. Whether you're new to these practices or looking to deepen your experience, this event is perfect for all levels. A great way to find deep relaxation.

• Haha Yoga: Experience the gentle, foundational Haha Yoga, promoting stretching and strengthening all while taking in the breathtaking views of the bay.Incorporating gentle breath, mediation and sound bowl meditations.
