2nd Friday: Amelia Earhart & Her Cousin

Amelia Earhart was an amazing woman! Come hear Nancy Earhart Burt, Amelia's cousin, tell her life story. From Amelia's growing up in Kansas, her thoughts on the roles of women, how she financed her excursions, and right up to the moment things went terribly wrong... Amelia's life was extraordinary!

A gifted storyteller, Nancy Earhart Burt has had a lifelong interest in women's issues. She has a master's degree in counseling, and has held a variety of "helping" positions, including college instructor, non-profit manager, corporate trainer, and career counselor.

Second Friday programs are always free! Donations help to continue to bring great programs like this to our community.
