A session with Liany Pacheco, LMFT, licensed psychotherapist and certified mental health and nutrition clinical specialist, who names what chronic stress does to your identity, your relationships, and your sense of self. A curated welcome bag designed around what your body needs that night and the morning after.And something personal waiting for you when you walk in that reflects back a pattern your body has been living in for a while.
