Taking center stage alongside the runway is STU's culinary program, offering a chef-tasting experience deeply rooted in the university's rich Cuban heritage. Joining them are celebrity culinary guests and an eclectic roster of local vendors and gastronomic sponsors.Beyond the glamour, the evening carries a meaningful purpose. Proceeds from the event directly support student experiential opportunities across STU's programs in Fashion Merchandising and Design, Culinary Arts, and Hospitality — giving the next generation of industry leaders the hands-on experience they need to thrive.Early-bird pricing is available through March 1.
