Join ALY Health is Wealth in an energizing Vinyasa morning yoga flow, on the beautiful rooftop of The Gale Hotel in SoBe!
We meet every Saturday at 9am on the 4th floor rooftop in this wonderfully historic hotel. Our classes are almost always filled with reguars who love this South Beach community and we can't wait to meet you too!
This class is open to the public and mats and water bottles will be provided(but please bring your own, because we do run out:)
