STRAWBERRY MATCHA X GODDESS ENERGY Guided & Sound Meditation Beach Party

Welcome to the GODDESS ENERGY & Sound Bath Meditation event!

We will start off with metaphorical cards that will help you define and set an intention for your practice.

Then, we will proceed with some aromatherapy and short breathwork to awaken your senses and relax into our meditative segment.

As we transition into meditation, I will gently guide you into a deep meditative theta state (also known as the state of trance). All you need to do is focus on my voice and words and visualize. Believe me, it is going to be very easy and effortless for you.

Once you fully surrender, we will move on to the sound bath and let the healing vibrations work their magic on you.

After the session, we will reflect, connect and share our experiences over a delicious strawberry matcha latte🍓🍵
